Plaintiff Calvin Beider (“plaintiff’ or “Beider”) brings this action against defendant Retrieval Masters Creditor’s Bureau, Inc. d/b/a AMCA or American Medical Collection Agency (“RMCB” or “defendant”)1, alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq.
