Norman Thomas appeals from the circuit court’s judgment dismissing on the merits his complaint against Allen Van Dyken for breach of an oral agreement. We conclude that the “judgment” is not appealable, and accordingly we dismiss the appeal.

Norman Thomas, president of Thomas Disposal Service, and Allen Van Dyken, president of Town and County Disposal, Inc., each engaged in the business of garbage and rubbish collection, met in 1970 and decided they each needed a facility in which to dump the garbage and rubbish they collected.
