_[jThis is the second appeal involving these parties and a dispute pertaining to a real estate contract. The appellants are Phil and Crystal Brackelsberg, and the appellees are Marc and Billie Heflin. The parties executed a real estate contract, the Heflins breached the contract, and litigation followed. The only issue in this appeal is whether the Brackelsbergs or the Heflins ultimately prevailed in the litigation.
