Appellee, Jerry Luper, brought this action against appellant, ERC Mortgage Group, Inc., alleging, among other things, breach of an employment contract. At the close of appellee’s case below, appellant’s motion for directed verdict was granted as to all counts except that for breach of contract. At the close of appellant’s case the motion for directed verdict was renewed, was again denied, and the jury returned a verdict in favor of appellee for $5,602.24.
