OPINION

WARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at thirty-five years confinement. We affirm.

In Ground of Error No. One, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the affidavit upon which his arrest warrant was based. The affidavit was presented to a magistrate on August 19, 1980, and charged Appellant with the July 27 stabbing murder of Daniel Flynn.
