This appeal involves an interpretation of The Pennsylvania Civil Procedural Support Law, Act of July 13, 1953, P. L. 431, 62 P.S. 2043.31 et seq. The question presented is Avhether the provisions of this statute may be used as a remedy to collect payments due under a separation agreement executed prior to a divorce.
