' This is an appeal by Nellie Swann Sheeler, appellant, from a decree awarding the proceeds of two life insurance policies to James L. Sheeler, appellee.
' On January 29, 1954, the appellee filed a bill of complaint against the appellant alleging the death of his father, Alexander J. Sheeler, on or about January 27, 1953; the issuance of the insurance policies as hereinafter set out; an oral agreement between him and his father; and the payment of the policies to the appellant.
