This is an appeal from a judgment of the Washington County Circuit Court, wherein the court directed a verdict in favor of appellees on appellants’ counter-claim. The litigation arose out of a collision which occurred on Highway 68 in Benton County, on what is variously known as ‘ ‘ Gallaher Curve”, “Dead Man’s Curve”, “Rainbow Curve”, and “Illinois River Curve”, at approximately 3 p.m., on September 29,1958.
