Bencivenga v. Zoning Board of Appeals

This is a zoning case in which the defendants, the Milford zoning board of appeals (board) and Frank Grazioso, appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the plaintiffs appeal to that court. We find no error, but on a ground somewhat different from that relied on by the trial court.
