The Appellant, D’Sean Thomas, was convicted of one count of misprision of a felony. Because there was insufficient evidence for a conviction of misprision of a felony and because the trial court erred in denying the Appellant’s motion to suppress evidence, Appellant’s conviction should be vacated.
