This is an appeal by the defendant, Rose Litwin, from a final judgment for possession, entered in a forcible entry and detainer action, in favor of Victor Cohn, plaintiff, of the premises at 4217 South Maplewood avenue, Chicago, and legally described as follows: Lots 28 and 29 in Block 3 of Phare & Sackett’s Subdivision of the North 12 acres of the South 32 acres of the East Half of the North East Quarter of Section 1, Township 38 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
