The appellee company, on the first day of April, 1903, filed in the circuit court of Cook county its application, under the provisions of an act entitled “An act concerning land titles,” approved and in force May 1, 1899, (4 Starr & Cur. Stat. p. 259,) commonly known as the Land Registration act, for a decree declaring the title in fee simple in and to lots Nos. 191 and 192, in block 2, in Young & Clarkson’s second addition to Kensington, Illinois, to be vested in it.
