FACTS

Lewis Edgar and Teddy Sue Hydorn (hereinafter “Debtors”) filed a Petition for Relief under chapter 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code (hereinafter the “Code”) on April 7, 1987. As reported by Debtors on their Schedule of Debts, dated June 16, 1987 and filed with Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan (hereinafter the “Plan”), Debtors owed the Commerce Bank of Oak Grove $72,835.29.
