— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), rendered June 29,1982, convicting him of two counts of conspiracy in the fourth degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Matter remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, to hear and report in accordance herewith; in the interim, the appeal will be held in abeyance. The report shall be filed with all convenient speed.
