LANSING, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying relief on Robert Munster’s application for post-conviction relief. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Munster’s application for post-conviction relief stems from his conviction and imprisonment for lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under sixteen, I.C. § 18-1508. Munster appealed in that case, challenging the denial of his motion for reduction of his sentence.
