MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.
Defendant Antoine Jones is charged with Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute Five Kilograms or more of Cocaine and Fifty Grams or more of Cocaine Base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. (Superseding Indictment, Mar. 21, 2007 [ECF No. 344].) During the government’s investigation of Mr. Jones, the government applied for and obtained several orders authorizing the disclosure of prospective cell-site information for defendant’s cellular telephones covering a period of approximately four months.
