¶ 1. Judy R. Tolhson suffered an admittedly work-related shoulder injury during the course and scope of her employment with Lifestyle Furnishings (Lifestyle). At issue in this appeal is the degree of permanent disability attributable to her injury. An administrative law judge determined that Tollison was permanently, totally disabled. The Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission reversed this determination and awarded permanent partial disability benefits for Tolli-son’s total loss of use of her arm.
