CAMERON, Judge.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the Superior Court sitting without a jury in favor of the defendant-appellee in a suit for breach of employment contract. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were timely requested (Rule 52(a), Rules of Civil Procedure, T6 A.R.S.) and we are called upon to determine whether the facts and the law support the trial court’s determination that the contract in question had been abandoned by the plaintiff.
