Came before the Court for consideration the Motion for Authority to File Objection to Allowance of Chapter 11 Administrative Expense Claim of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (“Motion” or “Motion for Authority”) filed by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (“Comptroller”) and the Objection of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (“Morgan”) to the Motion.
