STARK, District Judge:
Pending before the Court are three Motions: (1) a Motion To Strike And Dismiss (D.I. 14) filed by Plaintiff, Southco, Inc. (“Southeo”); (2) a Motion To Strike And Motion To Dismiss Southco’s Counterclaims (D.I. 19) filed by Defendant, Penn Engineering & Manufacturing Corp. And PEM Management, Inc. (collectively, “PEM”); and (3) a Motion To Strike Southco’s Reply Brief Or Alternatively Grant Leave For A Surreply (D.I. 23) filed by PEM.
