This is an appeal from a judgment for $125,000 entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Judge Julian A. Cook, Jr., presiding, based upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff Márchese against William Lucas in his official capacity as Sheriff of Wayne County, and against the County of Wayne.
