In an action by the payee of a promissory note, the defendant Kornicki (an indorser) appeals from: (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered November 23, 1965, which granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and directed the entry of judgment in its favor; (2) as limited by his briefs, from so much of an order of said court, entered December 15, 1965, as on reargument adhered to the court’s original determination; and (3) the judgment entered December 16, 1965 pursuant to said orders.
