MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, Senior District Judge.

In this case, the plaintiff William Kasting brought suit against the American Family Mutual Insurance Company (“American Family”) for failure to pay uninsured motorist insurance benefits, and against his previous attorneys, Michael J. Skousen and Skousen, Skousen; Gulbrandsen & Patience, P.C., (collectively, “the Skousen defendants”) for their alleged negligence in barring plaintiffs receipt of those same insurance benefits.
