BARROW, Chief Justice.

This is a venue action in a suit brought under the Texas Wrongful Death Act.1 Appellees are the surviving widow and children of Romulo Israel Ramirez, who was fatally injured in a head-on collision between his GMC pick-up and a flatbed truck owned by appellant, Milchem, Inc., which was being operated by appellant, Samuel Leal. Suit was filed by appellees in Webb County, where the accident occurred, and each appellant filed a plea of privilege.
