1 ^Appellant seeks review of a judgment dismissing her claim for damages relative to executory process proceedings in which her home was seized and sold at a sheriffs sale. For the following reasons, we reverse.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On June 25, 2001, Angela C. Bajoie, also known as Angela Laws Bajoie, executed a mortgage note for the repayment of a loan from Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc., in the amount of $48,750.00.
