A grand jury in the Eastern District of Arkansas indicted Lee Adams for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). A grand jury in the Middle District of Florida in- dieted Adams for being a felon in possession of ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court 1 granted a joint motion to consolidate the two cases for plea and sentencing.
