The defendants, Motorsport Engineering, Inc. (“Motorsport”) and Luigi Masciarelli (“Masciarelli”), individually and as president and treasurer of Motorsport, seek appellate review of a judgment entered against them after a bench trial2 on claims arising out of their sale of a used Mercedes Benz automobile.
