The clerk has forwarded to me a stipulation signed by counsel for plaintiffs and defendants, which will be filed herewith, agreeing that this cause may he referred to a special master or commissioner to hear and take proof upon certain items in the nature of an accounting; in pursuance of which an order of reference is desired.
