FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
LATCHUM, Chief Judge.
This case is before the Court on the defendants’ application, in the form of an equitable counterclaim, to enforce the terms and conditions of an alleged compromise and settlement agreement entered into between the parties on the underlying causes of action. 1 The issue raised by the defendants’ counterclaim and plaintiff’s answer 2 was tried by the Court, sitting in equity, on September 27, 1977.
