IN THE TENTH COURT OF APPEALS No. 10-09-00012-CR EX PARTE JOE CURTIS TENNELL From the 85th District Court Brazos County, Texas Trial Court No. 08-002866-CV-85 MEMORANDUM OPINION Joe Curtis Tennell contends that the trial court erred by refusing to set bail for two pending felony charges and six pending misdemeanor charges. The State agrees that the court erred. We will reverse and remand. Background Tennell was arrested in May 2007 for aggravated assault, assault, and failure to identify.
