{¶ 1} Erin Mullins, fka Erin Kimbler, appeals the decision of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which removed her as the residential parent and named the child's father, Martin Edward Kimbler as the residential parent of their minor child, Jonathan. Mullins contends that the trial court erred in permitting Kimbler's late filing of his proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and in adopting those findings and conclusions as its own.
