Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Pennock, J.), entered June 6, 1980 in Ulster County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Woodstock. Petitioner owns a gasoline filling station in the Town of Woodstock. Commencing in 1978, petitioner initiated a series of four applications to the zoning board of appeals of that town seeking permission to construct and operate two additional service bays and a car wash station using mechanical equipment.
