A jury convicted appellant Walter Harvey Ballard, Jr. of possession of child pornography. See Tex. Penal Code § 43.26. The jury found true the allegations of an enhancement paragraph, that Ballard previously had been convicted of felony sexual assault, and it assessed punishment at 13 years in prison and a fine of $10,000. On appeal, Ballard challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.
