This unfair competition suit filed under the common law and the Michigan corporate name statute, MCL 450.1212; MSA 21.200(212), involves two competing corporations each engaged in the solicitation of subscriptions to magazines and each with its home office in Lansing. Hereinafter, "defendant” shall refer to the corporate defendant only.
