Defendants, Ruben Rangel and Veronica Rangel, individually and as parents and natural guardians of Defendants E.R., P.R., Marisol Rangel and Cristo Angel Rangel (together the "Rangels") filed a Renewed Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint for Declaratory Relief to be Joined in by Defendants Caribe and Northstar [ECF No. 26], on January 29, 2018.
