The defendant, Crossroads Joint Venture (CJV), an Indiana general partnership and owner of Crossroads Shopping Center (Crossroads) in Omaha, has appealed a jury verdict of $1,600,000 in favor of plaintiff Mark A. Plock (Plock) and one of $400,000 in favor of plaintiff Karen Plock, Plock’s wife. Aetna Life & Casualty Company, the workers’ compensation carrier for MS Management Associates, Inc. (MSM), Plock’s employer, is also named as a plaintiff.
