I. STATEMENT OF CASE
In this suit joining an action for the wrongful death of Danette Robin McCurry with an action on behalf of said decedent’s estate, the personal representative of the estate and mother of the decedent, the plaintiff-appellant, Dolores McCurry, challenges the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the defendant-appellee, School District of Valley.
