The plaintiff appealed to the Court of Common Pleas from a decision of the workmen’s compensation commissioner that, in accordance with the provisions of General Statutes §§ 7-435 and 7-436, the plaintiff’s workmen’s compensation payments were to he credited against the pension payments owing to him and that he had therefore received all of the workmen’s compensation benefits due him.
