OPINION

BOB PEMBERTON, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant Silverio Martinez of two counts of indecency with a child by contact, 1 one count of indecency with a child by exposure, 2 and one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child. 3 The jury assessed punishment of six years’ imprisonment for each of the two counts of indecency with a child by contact, five years’ imprisonment for indecency with a child by exposure, and seven years’ imprisonment for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
