STEINFELD, Judge.

The court below dismissed the complaint because it failed “to state a cause of action against (the defendants) upon which relief (could) be granted, * * * Plaintiff appealed. We reverse.

Appellant, Reginald Owen Pike, sued ap-pellees for damages to compensate him for the injuries he received on January IS, 1966, while riding as a passenger in a motor vehicle owned and operated by another minor, Jeffrey Allen.
