The "mother of three minor children appeals from the adjudication that her children were in need of care and protection pursuant to G. L. c. 119, § 24 (1988 ed.), and from the allowance of petitions to dispense with consent to the adoption of those children under G. L. c. 210, § 3 (1988 ed.). She claims error in (1) the judge’s evidentiary rulings; (2) the judge’s findings; (3) the consolidation of the care and protection proceeding with the adoption petitions and the judge’s failure to disqualify himself; and (4) delay in hearing the consolidated cases.
