MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This suit was brought to determine the priority of competing claims by creditors of T. T. Truck and Equipment, Inc. (T. T. Truck), to $31,192.00, owing to the debtor and held by Marquette Iron Mining Company (Marquette Iron Mining). The action was commenced by 20 non-salaried employees of T. T. Truck in the Circuit Court of Marquette County and removed to this court by the United States of America (U.S.).
