Plaintiff Cesar Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”) sustained injuries in an automobile accident in Holyoke while riding as a passenger in a vehicle operated by defendant Hector Alvelo (“Alvelo”) and insured with defendant Premier Insurance Company of Massachusetts (“Premier”).
