MUNGER, District Judge.
The question presented in this case is the effect of a prior judgment as a bar to this action. The action is in ejectment, and judgment was entered for the plaintiff. A jury was waived, and special findings of facts and law were made by the court. *161No challenge is made of the findings of fact, and the assignments of error relied upon charge that the judgment is not supported by the findings.
