WIGGINTON, Judge.

Appellants Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation and Lamar Bruce Bragg have appealed a final judgment based upon a jury verdict awarding damages to appellee Mae Bell Allen for the wrongful death of her husband caused by the negligence of the appellants. Anchor Hocking questions ■the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict which finds it guilty of negligence, while appellant Bragg questions the. sufficiency of the evidence to support the-verdict which finds that appellee was the-lawful wife of the decedent at the time of the latter’s wrongful death, and…
