MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
This action arises out of a $40,000 arbitration award in favor of Petitioners Dono van and Anna Dyrdal (“the Dyrdals”) and against Respondent Enbridge (U.S.), Inc. (“Enbridge”). The Dyrdals have filed a Petition asjdng the Court to modify the award by (1) adding $8,666 in interest and (2) “correcting” it to clarify that it does not include certain types of damages.
