This matter is before the court on the parties’ cross - motions for summary judgment; The plaintiffs are the California Foundation for Independent Living Centers (CFILC) and Ruthee Goldkorn. The defendant is the County of Sacramento. In addition to their motion for summary judgment, the plaintiffs also move to strike a declaration submitted in support of the County’s opposition.
