ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS

Concluding that because the entire employment contract is an extrinsic document and not before the Court, the Court declines to grant a motion to dismiss the bulk of Alan D. Knowlton’s employment-based causes of action against his former employ er Bankers Life and Casualty Company (Bankers Life) and its employees. Because Mr. Knowlton’s slander per se claims are barred by the applicable statute of limitations, the Court grants the Bankers Life employees’ motion'to dismiss the slander counts to the extent they are premised on…
