In an action by a former employee against his former employer and its representatives asserting causes of action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, slander, intentional and fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing, and promissory estoppel, and requesting punitive damages, the Defendants move for summary judgment.
