This action is before me on the third-party defendant’s motion to dismiss the defendant’s third-party complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. This case originally was filed in the District Court for the County of Boulder, Colorado, and was removed by the defendant to this court. Plaintiffs are Colorado residents who allege that the defendant, Merrill Publishing Company (“Merrill”), entered into a contract with them in January 1983 agreeing to publish a textbook written by the plaintiffs.
